Shipping policy

 Orders will be processed within 2 working days after successful payment. Orders received on Sunday, public holidays or after office hours will be processed on the next business day. If the delivery service already scheduled shall not be available when in the special situation, an alternative delivery date will be announced. 

Delivery Terms and Charges

Free shipping within Hong Kong area on orders over HKD $500. Free delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Ma Wan, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay are not applicable. For orders below HKD $500, we provide SF Express service (Pay with Order) or SHIPLUS EXPRESS (Delivery charge pay by receiver)

The estimated shipping lead time of SF Express is about 1-2 days. And the estimated shipping lead time of SHIPLUS EXPRESS is about 4-7 days. Delivery to postal box or hotel is not accepted.

Delivery service is applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of HKSAR. Outlying islands, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau are not applicable. An extra delivery fee of HK$50 is charged for each destination regardless of the amount of purchase if customer requires delivery service to Ma Wan, Tung Chung District and Discovery Bay.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVALIABLE DEPENDS ON COUNTRIES.

發貨過程

貨品一般會在確認付款後兩個工作天內出貨 （不包括星期日及公眾假期）。非工作天將不會處理訂單，我們會留待下個工作天進行處理。如有特別狀況影響出貨進度，將作另行通知。

運送及領取

本地(香港特別行政區) 網上訂單凡購物滿港幣$500，可獲免費送貨服務。(不適用於馬灣、東涌、愉景灣、離島地區) ，購物港幣$500以下則會使用順豐快遞（下單時付款）或SHIPLUS EXPRESS（貨到付運費）服務。

順豐快遞配送時間約1-2 個工作天。SHIPLUS EXPRESS配送時間約4-7 個工作天。送貨服務不適用於郵政信箱及酒店。

送貨服務範圍僅限於香港特別行政區的香港島、九龍及新界，不包括離島地區。如需送貨至馬灣、東涌、愉景灣地區，另額外收取送貨服務費每訂單港幣50元。
